Reengineering sohu has enough conditions

Nba.com: reengineering sohu aims?

Zhang: build sohu's competitiveness. Recently discovered Internet not to advance is to go back, so I decided to should again very hard work, but also to spend two years reengineering sohu, has a lot of conditions, we can let us outbreak in media high-definition video field, in the network game field and recently in sogou field have been ready for battle, and some aspects hit certain achievement, some aspects is gaining momentum. I personally stresses the field is WEB2.0, social networks to MSN, network is our new flash point.

Q: which line is the most important?

Of zhang chaoyang: this a few product lines are very important, difference is mature and momentum, the network media, video and game has more mature, either business mature, either team mature. I in network game time he spent on the least, sogou will spend some time, video will spend some time, the fourth is the micro Po and sohu social network, I personally to grasp. This is a new outbreak of business, even no business, just a outbreaks of form, another is the application of WEB2.0 is a explosive, so wins or loses all is very important, if lost sohu whole word media platform will be threatened, so it is very important, I now spend a lot of time on it.

Remember: the investment will be the most?

The field of zhang chaoyang: money is not the most important, the key is to correct to do, and funds for us is not a problem.

Nba.com: "sohu currently in Internet market status of you is how to read?

Zhang: difficult to use a word to describe sohu market position. In the information with sina is neck-and-neck in, or even more than sina, In video aspects we are no.1, We are the second search with first prize, but the gap is very large, and we hope to catch up with, Another in the client battlefield ranks in the top three, The game is the first three aspects, the profit is. So conditions have been mixed, the income scale is pretty good, in several areas of the layout are relatively solid, but now need appear outbreak, a type of platform, so that we can in China's Internet future battlefield score some points to all the world. Not to advance is to go back, full of hope and dangerous, no intermediate state, or is a success, or is nothing, dare not to have any slack.

Nba.com: reengineering sohu from internal speaking embodied in what aspects?

Zhang: one is the team's creation and rewards and punishments for execution of distinct, the realization of the, well done can rapid development, do well will leave, the execution can let you better communication, thus forming a clearer idea, for technology driven and product drive a few years ago the concept put forward more deepen understanding, roll out a good product. Anyway, the whole company is to go ape and is now starting to crazy, anyway I has gone mad.

Nba.com: second pioneering and the first business have what differentiation?

Zhang: a little in the same sense, there is a magnificent and victorious feeling. Now more hard work, resource is very rich also, oneself recuperates the better, with passion, with fun state to dry, was completely for the future is unclear, uneasy.

Nba.com: you ever seemed to say if in five years before you're no ability to think this industry, but now change capable of it, this power come from?

Zhang: the size of the company, to this industry knowledge and as China's Internet most early developers, now I am representing an order.
